FAQ

How do I make frothed milk?
Ensure that the chrome outer sleeve of the steam pipe is pushed down and press the button for steam. Fill a container to a maximum of one third full with milk, as the volume of the milk increases dramatically when it is frothed up. When the valve symbol lights up, hold the container with milk under the steam pipe. Ensure that the end of the steam pipe is submersed in the milk. Turn the valve switch clockwise as far as it will go, to open the valve. Hot steam comes out of the steam pipe, heating and frothing the milk at the same time. You will get better frothed milk if you move the container with milk up and down when frothing the milk. Turn the valve switch anti clockwise as far as it will go, to close the valve and stop frothing the milk. The volume of milk should have about doubled and the container should feel warm. After each use, the steam nozzle should be rinsed immediately by running steam or hot water through it.
