Advocaat Coffee
Temptingly creamy (with alchohol)

 

Ingredients:

500 ml freshly brewed filter coffee

160 ml advocaat

200 ml cream

1 tsp sugar

cocoa powder to garnish

 


Portions: 4

Preparation:

 

1. Mix the coffee with the advocaat and pour into glasses.

 

2. Whip the cream and sugar until stiff and add to the glasses. Garnish with cocoa powder.

1 cl Mozart Black Liqueur
1 cl Liqueur 43
1 espresso
frothed milk

Preparation

 


Pour the Mozart Black Liqueur and the Liqueur 43 into a glass and add the espresso. Decorate with a touch of frothed milk.

Amaretto-Café

Ingredients:

4 tsp roasted flaked almonds

400 ml freshly brewed filter coffee

8 cl Amaretto liqueur

400 ml Milk
Sugar to taste

 


Portions: 4

Preparation:

 

1. Roast the flaked almonds until golden brown in a non stick pan without oil.

 

2. Add the liqueur to the coffee and pour into tall glasses. Heat the milk, froth it up and pour over the coffee.

 


3. Sweeten to taste and sprinkle on the flaked almonds.

Spanish indulgence (with alchohol)

 

Ingredients:
250 ml Milk

2 tbsp cocoa powder

3 tbsp sugar

500 ml hot, strong filter coffee

8 cl Cream Sherry (sweet sherry)

4 tsp grated dark chocolate

 


Portions: 4

Preparation

 

1. Heat the milk and stir in the cocoa and sugar.

 

2.Add the coffee and the sherry and pour into four glasses. Garnish each glass with a teaspoon of grated dark chocolate.

Ingredients:

50 ml condensed milk

300 ml milk

500 ml freshly brewed filter coffee

Grated peel of an organic lemon

Coffee liqueur or cinnamon to flavour

 


Portions: 4

Preparation

 

1. Pour condensed milk into the glasses to a depth of 1 or 2 centimetres.

 

2. Heat the milk, froth it up and add as a second layer. Finally pour in the freshly brewed coffee and season with the lemon peel.

 

3. Add coffee liqueur or a pinch of cinnamon to taste

Ingredients:

200 ml freshly brewed coffee

200 ml Milk

4 tsp caramel syrup to flavour (available at all good supermarkets)
Frothed milk and brown sugar to taste.

Preparation:

 

1. Add a shot of hot milk to each cup of freshly brewed coffee, then add a teaspoon of caramel syrup

 

2. Add frothed milk and brown sugar according to taste. Caramel sticks make a great extra.

Ingredients:

100 g white chocolate

400 ml freshly brewed filter coffee

400 ml milk
Grated white chocolate to garnish

 

Portions: 4

Preparation:

 

1.Put the white chocolate in a heat proof bowl, put the bowl in a pot of water and heat until the chocolate melts, stir in the hot coffee and pour into decorative glasses.

 


2. Heat the milk, froth it up and pour over the coffee. Stir well and sprinkle with grated white chocolate.

Ingredients:

2 tbsp of roasted dessicated coconut

600 ml freshly brewed filter coffee

10 cl coconut liqueur

Sugar to taste

200 ml cream

1 tsp vanilla sugar

 


Portions: 4

Preparation

 

1. Roast the dessicated coconut until golden brown in a non-stick pan without oil.

 

2. Pour the coffee and 8 cl coconut liqueur into tall glasses and add sugar to taste

 

3. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar and the remaining coconut liqueur until stiff,
pour into the glasses and garnish with dessicated coconut.

Ingredients:

50 ml condensed milk

6 cl coffee liqueur

3 cl orange liqueur

400 ml freshly brewed filter coffee

200 ml milk

some grated nutmeg

grated orange peel to garnish

 


Portions: 4

Preparation:

 

1. Pour 1 or 2 centimetres of condensed milk into each glass. Carefully pour in the coffee liqueur and orange liqueur, then add the coffee.

 

2. Heat the milk, froth it up and fill the glasses with it. Garnish with grated nutmeg and the orange peel.

4 cl caramel syrup
4 cl cream

Preparation

 


Pour the caramel syrup, pitú and cream into a glass. Fill up with a capuccino and decorate with cocoa powder.

1. Mix the coffee with the grappa and pour into the cups.

 

2. Heat the milk, froth it up and garnish the coffee with a topping of frothed milk.

Ingredients:

2 tbsp dessicated coconut

200 ml cream

1 tbsp sugar

200 ml pineapple juice

100 ml coconut milk

400 ml freshly brewed filter coffee

4 cl coconut syrup

sugar to taste
dessicated coconut and slices of pineapple to garnish

Preparation:

Part 1

 

1. Roast the dessicated coconut in a pan without oil until golden brown.

 

2. Whip the cream with sugar until it is stiff and then stir in the dessicated coconut. Heat the pineapple juice and coconut milk, mix it with the hot coffee and pour into decorative glasses.

3.Add 1 cl of coconut syrup to each glass and sweeten to taste. Top with cream, garnish with dessicated coconut and stick a pineapple slice on the rim of the glass as decoration.
