Preparation
1. Make freshly brewed filter coffee and allow to cool in the fridge.
2. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff. Put the ice cream into 4 tall glasses, and pour the ice cold coffee over it.
3. Cover the coffee with a topping of vanilla whipped cream and garnish with hazelnut brittle

Don Vanillo Iced Coffee
Seductively good (with alchohol)
Ingredients:
600 ml freshly brewed coffee
2 tsp sugar
100 ml milk
200 ml cream
1 tsp vanilla sugar
8 cl advocaat
4 scoops vanilla ice cream
advocaat to garnish
Portions: 4
Preparation:
1. Stir the coffee, sugar and milk together and allow to cool in the fridge. Whip the cream with vanilla sugar until it is stiff.
2. Stir the advocaat into the cooled coffee and pour into tall glasses.
3. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to each glass then a topping of cream. Drizzle a few drops of advocaat on top.

Eiskaffee Magic Choc
Chocolatey fresh (with alchohol)
Ingredients:
4 tsp brown candied sugar
800 ml freshly brewed filter coffee
6 cl coffee liqueur
4 scoops of chocolate ice cream
Portions: 4
Preparation:
1. Dissolve the candied sugar in the coffee, stir in the liqueur and leave to cool. Pour the cooled coffee into four glasses and put in the freezer for an hour at most.
2. Serve the lightly frozen coffee with a scoop of chocolate ice cream. Garnish your iced coffee with thin wafers of chocolate.

Ice Macchiato
Ingredients
1 espresso
crushed ice
milk + frothed milk
Preparation
Pour the espresso into a glass and add crushed ice. Fill with milk and frothed milk.
Iced Coffee
with vanilla ice cream and crushed praline
Ingredients:
2 cups of strong Café Crème (approx. 300 ml)
4 scoops vanilla ice cream
4 tsp cream
Portions: 2
Preparation:
1. Allow the coffee to cool for at least 30 minutes.
2. Pour the cold coffee into two glasses and add two scoops of ice cream to each glass.
3. Whip the cream until it is about half stiff and then add a helping of cream to each glass. If you like garnish with crushed praline.

Madeira Sky
Ingredients
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
200 ml cold sweet coffee
juice from 1/2 orange
cubes of 1/2 peeled orange
a splash of orange liqueur
Preparation
Mix the orange juice with the coffee.
Sprinkle the orange cubes with liqueur and add to a glass with the vanilla ice cream. Pour the coffee into the glass.
Moccatone Iced Coffee
Ideal with any meal
Ingredients:
2 tsp brown rock sugar
300 ml freshly brewed coffee
5 chocolate mocha beans or a piece of mocha chocolate
Portions: 4
Preparation
1. Dissolve the rock sugar in hot coffee, finely chop the mocha beans or chocolate, add to the coffee and allow to cool
2. Finally put the mixture in the freezer for 3 hours, occasionally stirring thoroughly with a fork.
3. Pour the cool drink into small glasses and serve with a spoon.

Noisette Iced Coffee
Nutty fresh (with alchohol)
Ingredients:
400 ml freshly brewed coffee
2 tsp brown sugar
400 g walnut ice cream
8 cl vanilla liqueur
200 ml cream
1 tsp vanilla sugar
Vanilla pods to garnish
Portions: 4
Preparation:
1. Stir the sugar into the coffee, allow to cool and then puree with the walnut ice cream and the vanilla liqueur. Pour into tall glasses and put into the freezer for an hour.
2. Whip the cream and vanilla sugar until it is stiff and then use as topping on the coffee. Serve frozen. Garnish with a vanilla pod.

Orange Fresh Iced Coffee
Wonderfully spicy and fruity (with alchohol)
Ingredients:
800 ml freshly brewed coffee
1/2 tsp grated organic orange peel
2 pinches of ground cardamom
8 cl vanilla liqueur
4 scoops of buttermilk orange ice cream
200 ml cream
1 tsp vanilla sugar
grated orange peel and cinnamon for decoration
Portions: 4
Preparation:
1. Stir the orange peel, cardamom and vanilla liqueur into the coffee and leave to cool. Put a scoop of buttermilk orange ice cream in a glass and fill with coffee.
2. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff. Garnish the coffee with cream and orange peel and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Strawberry Breeze
Ingredients
4 cl strawberry sauce
crushed ice
milk + frothed milk
1 espresso
Preparation
Pour the strawberry sauce into a glass. Add the crushed ice and fill to three quarters full with milk.
Pour on the espresso and top with frothed milk. Decorate with strawberrry syrup and half a strawberry according to taste.
Tropical Twist
Ingredients
2 scoops fruit flavoured ice cream (tropical)
2 cl Cointreau
7 cl pineapple juice
10 cl cold coffee
Preparation
Puree one scoop of ice cream with the Cointreau and the pineapple juice in a mixer. Pour the coffee into a glass and add one scoop of ice cream then fill with the puree from the mixer.
Vanilla Cherry Iced Coffee

125 ml vanilla sauce
4 scoops vanilla cherry ice cream
Portions: 4
Preparation:
1. Make freshly brewed filter coffee and allow to cool in the fridge.
2. Add the vanilla sauce to the glasses and carefully pour in the coffee.
3. Add a scoop of ice cream to each portion and serve with a spoon.
