Ingredients:

2 fresh egg yolks

2 tsp finest sugar

100 ml cream

600 ml freshly brewed filter coffee
4 cl hazelnut syrup

Preparation:

 

1. Stir the egg yolk with sugar until frothy, fold in the whipped cream adn pour into four tall glasses.

 


2. Stir the hazelnut syrup into the freshly brewed coffee and pour over the egg and cream mixture.

1 cl Liqueur 43
1 cappuccino
pistachios

Preparation

 


Pour the Mozart Gold Liqueur and the Liqueur 43 into a glass and add the capuccino. Decorate according to taste with finely chopped pistachios.

Peppermint-Coffee

Ingredients:

200 ml cream

1 tbsp vanilla sugar

100 g peppermint wafers

600 ml strong, freshly brewed filter coffee
chopped chocolate or mint leaves to garnish

 


Portions: 4

Preparation:

 

1. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until it is stiff.

 

2. Put the peppermint wafers into the glasses and stir in the hot coffee until the wafers melt.

 


3. Finally, carefully spoon  the cream onto the coffee and garnish with chopped chocolate pieces or mint leaves.

Ingredients:

500 ml freshly brewed coffee

juice from 2 lemons

4 tsp glucose

8 ice cubes
4 slices of lemon to garnish

Preparation:

 

1. Stir the glucose and lemon juice into the coffee

 


2. Put the ice cubes into glasses and fill up with coffee. Garnish with the slices of lemon.

Ingredients:

4 tsp sugar

6 cl Williams Pear Liqueur

500 ml freshly brewed filter coffee

4 Slices of pear to garnish

Preparation

 

1. Put a teaspoon of sugar into warmed cups and fill with the pear liqueur and the coffee

 

2. Finally garnish with the pear slices.

A Classic (with alchohol)

 

Ingredients:

200 ml cream

1 tsp vanilla sugar

8 brown sugar cubes

6 cl brandy  (at least 40 % proof)

600 ml freshly brewed filter coffee

Cocoa powder to garnish (instead of cocoa powder you could also use grated chocolate)

 

Portions: 4

Preparation:

 

1. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff. Add the sugar cubes to 4 mugs.

 

2. Heat the brandy, pour onto the sugar and set it on fire.

 

3. Fill the mug with coffee, add the cream and garnish with cocoa powder.

Ingredients:
200 ml red wine

6 cl vodka

400 ml freshly brewed filter coffee

brown sugar
4 scoops vanilla ice cream

Preparation:

 

1. Briefly heat the red wine and vodka, pour into punch glasses with the coffee and sweeten to taste.

 

2. Finally add a scoop of ice cream to each glass.

1 tbsp condensed milk
1 cup of strong coffee

Preparation

 


Put the brown sugar into a glass, pour on the vodka and coffee and then slowly pour on the condensed milk.

1 tbsp vanilla sugar

600 ml freshly brewed filter coffee

1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

2 pinches of ground ginger

sugar to taste
cinnamon to garnish

Preparation:

 

1. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until it is stiff. Season the hot coffee with cinnamon and ginger. Pour into tall glasses and sweeten to taste.

 

2. Carefully spoon the cream onto the coffee and sprinkle on a pinch of cinnamon.
Melt in the mouth toffees consummate this delicious coffee indulgence.

Vanilla Coffee

Ingredients:

1 vanilla pod

400 ml milk

4 tsp vanilla sugar

400 ml freshly brewed filter coffee
4 tsp brown sugar

 


Portions: 4

Preparation:

 

1. Cut the vanilla pod lengthways and scrape out the insides with the back of a knife.

 

2. Heat the milk with the insides of the vanilla pod and the vanilla sugar while stirring continuously (do not boil), then froth up the mixture.

 

3. Half fill the glasses with the freshly brewed coffee and add a topping of the hot vanilla milk froth.

 

4. Sprinkle with brown sugar and serve. Garnish each glass with a vanilla pod.

Vanilla Dream Espresso

Vanilla Dream Espresso
with almond brittle wafers

 

Ingredients
For the almond brittle:
100 g sugar
100 g chopped almonds
For the coffee:
200 ml cream
2 packs vanilla sugar
2 cups cold espresso
2 cups hot espresso
20 ml orange juice

 


Portions: 2

Preparation

 

1. To make the almond brittle wafers lay a sheet of baking paper on the worktop . Stir the sugar on a medium heat to caramelise it until it is golden brown. Add the chopped almonds and then lay out the caramel evenly in two long rectangles. Leave to cool.

 

2. Whip the cream and vanilla sugar until it is stiff and then carefully mix in the cold espresso and orange juice.

 

3. Fill two grappa glasses with the hot espresso and add the cream mixture. Garnish each glass with an almond brittle wafer.

2 pinches of gingerbread spice

200 ml milk

1. Stir the cocoa and the gingerbread spice into the coffee. Heat the milk and froth it up.

 

2. Half fill the glasses with coffee, then add the milk and the frothed milk. Sugar to taste and sprinkle with small pieces of gingerbread.

30 ml chocolate sauce
15 ml cinnamon sauce
1 espresso
200 ml frothed milk

Preparation

 


Pour the chocolate sauce and the syrup into a glass. Add the espresso and fill with frothed milk.
